Abstract
This Act provides a legal basis for the development and management of micro and small scale business enterprises. The Act concerns the following matters: definition of small scale business enterprise; definition of micro business enterprise; application for declaration; Ministerial investigation to verify any statement contained in the application; registration of enterprises; relief of enterprises under the provisions of the Fiscal Incentives Act; qualifications for relief; establishment of development unit and advisory committee; penalty.
