Parks and Beaches Commission Act, 1983 (Act No. 4 of 1983).

An Act to make provision for the establishment, functions and organization of the Parks and Beaches Commission and for the licenses for operations in public parks and beaches, and related matters. The Commission shall control, maintain, and develop public parks, gardens and beaches of Saint Lucia and advise the Minister on matters relating to such public spaces. Any person who desires to operate a business of selling gods or services in a public park or a beach shall obtain a license.
