Abstract
This Order, made under section 36 of the Plant Protection Act, concerns: an overtime rate to be paid to authorised officer by the Accountant General for any duties and works approved by the Minister; minimum overtime rates; additional rates for time of travelling; rates for special services of inspection and examination of plants and plant products.
