Abstract
The Prohibited Areas Proclamation under the Section 28 of the Forest, Soil and Water Conservation Act Chapter 7.09 sets forth two provisions on the prohibition of use of areas declared as reserves. This Proclamation specifically addresses the Waterworks Reserve in Castries and Dennery.
