Public Health (Public Health Hazard) Regulations, Statutory Instrument no. 25 of 2020.

These Regulations, made under section 9 of the Public Health Act, Cap 11:01, concern measures to be taken in case of a report of a public health hazard. The Regulations cover the following matters: reported public health hazard; management plan, as a plan determined or developed by the owner or occupier of premises to prevent, remedy or mitigate a public health hazard; information on public health hazard; investigation and report made by a public health officer; risk assessment and communication of results; development of management plan; penalty and offences.
