Public Health (Water Quality Control) (Amendment) Regulations, Statutory Instrument no. 58 of 2020.

These Regulations, made under section 9 of the Public Health Act, Cap. 11.01, amend the Public Health (Water Quality Control) Regulations. Amendments concern: insertion of new definition on water bottling plant; insertion of a new Regulation concerning fees to be paid to the Accountant General: in the case of a permit for use of a water tank, for conducting inspections; insertion of new Regulations concerning the issuance of a licence for conveyance in water tank or other receptacle, and the relating application, and the issuance of licence for water bottling plant; insertion of a new Regulation concerning the certificate of health; amendment of penalties and fines.
