Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, no. 1 of 2026.

This Act amends the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, Cap. 15.10. Amendments concern: replacement of definitions of "accounting officer" and "Central Public Procurement Board"; insertion of the new Part V concerning the functions of the statutory body, particularly the approval of the public procurement procedures to be applied in the procurement of goods, works and services, and signing the relating contracts.
