Abstract
This Act provides for special incentives, tax relief and exemptions, tourism projects, in order to facilitate further development of the tourism sector. The Act concerns: application for an approved development, in order to operate a tourism project; application relating to rental or household property; evidence of ownership of land; compliance with the provisions of Physical Planning and Development Act; tax exemptions; exemptions for financial institutions; monitoring of compliance.
