Abstract
This Act amends the Waste Management Act, no. 8 of 2004. Amendments concern: deleting and replacing the following words and terms: effluent, development; replacing several sections concerning fines and penalties; compliance with Marine Pollution Legislation; substitution of a section concerning industrial, commercial and institutional waste, and related risks to human health, safety or the environment; measures on transport of waste.
