Waste Management (Appointment of Agent for the Solid Waste Management Authority) Notice, Statutory Instrument no. 37 of 2024.

This Notice, made under section 3(2) of the Waste Management Act, Cap. 6.05, provides for appointing agents of the Solid Waste Management Authority, empowered to collect the environmental levy and to pay over the environmental levy to the Solid Waste Management Authority, in compliance with the provisions of the Act.
