Water and Sewerage (General Provisions) Regulations (S.I. 104/2008).

The Water and Sewerage (General Provisions) Regulations under the Section 97 of the Water and Sewerage Act Cap.9.03 sets forth provisions on the structure and duties of the Board of the Commission, public access to information, form of the Commission's decisions and orders, establishment of the citizen advisory councils by the Commission, licensee and permit holders, application procedures for a service licence pursuant to section 6 of the Act, and dispute settlement.
