Youth Economy Act, no. 17 of 2022.

This Act, divided into four parts, provides for facilitating the development of a youth economy project, in order to turn hobbies into entrepreneurship and skills into businesses. The Act concerns the following matters: establishment of the Youth Economy Agency and definition of its functions, including: preparing a strategic plan, a financial plan, and operation plan and business plans, implementing youth economy programme; appoint ment of the Chief Executive Officer and specification of functions and powers; finances of the Agency; application for youth economy programme; tax relief and exemptions; activities specified in the schedule, including: agriculture, agro-processing and tasks under blue, green and orange economy.
