Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Environmental Impact Assessment Act of 5 December 2013. In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, the following: article 5 concerning definition of terms, article 7 regarding the control of the Environment Office; article 10 pertaining to the content of the environmental impact assessment report; article 10b on completeness and quality of the environmental impact assessment report; article 11 on opinions and projects, articles 12 and 13 are repealed.
