Abstract
The présent Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Forestry Act of 25 March 1991 (LGBl. 1991 No. 42). In particular, the Act amends article 20 on Environmentally hazardous substances; article 46 on Legal remedies; article 60 on the Environment Office; article 50a on Criminal proceedings.
