Abstract
Under the Budget Act the government shall establish a Special Fund for the financing of animal disease control and alleviation of arising damages. From this Fund the costs for general veterinary police measures and control and prevention of recognized animal diseases of large and small livestock shall be paid. The text consists of 13 articles.
