Abstract
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that in case of shortage, the government shall issue provisions by means of Ordinances to adjust the consumption of electrical energy to the quantity available. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Empowerment (1); Limitation of consumption (2); Penalties (3); Administrative measures (4); Enforcement (5), Final provisions (6).
