Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to public funding of infrastructure of recognized agricultural enterprises, and in particular to: a) funding requirements, basis of assessment and amount of funding; b) procedure for obtaining funding. The text consists of 40 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Public funding (II); Organization and enforcement (III); Legal remedies (IV); Transitional and final provisions. Two Annexes are enclosed.
