Abstract
This Ordinance outlines the support that the government provide to eligible farmers for development of organic and arable farming. The text specifies the required conditions, type of subsidies and support, areas of support, and procedure for allocation of support. The Ordinance further applies for promotion of sustainable management of agricultural land for public interest, and providing compensation in case of market failure. The text provides that subsidy allocation is subject to compliance with the animal welfare requirements as relates to livestock farming, as well as environmental protection, water protection and nature conservation requirements. The text lays put provision for organic management of farms for allocation of subsidies and consideration of specific standards. The Ordinance contains 23 Articles and is designed in 4 parts as follow: General conditions (1); Funding eligibility, area eligibility (2); Procedure on submission and examination of applicants (3); and Organisation and implementation.
