Clean Air Act.

The purpose of the present Act is to protect human beings, animals, plants, their communities and living space, the soil, water-bodies and buildings against excessive air pollution and to ensure the best possible quality of life. Additional the Act aims at reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The text consists of 65 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Emissions (II); Immissions (III); Action plan (IV); Reduction targets (V); Organization and implementation (VI); Legal remedies (VII); Penalties (VIII); Transitional and final provisions (IX). One Annex is enclosed.
