Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions promoting the development and expansion of infrastructure of processing plants in the dairy industry as well as the processing and marketing of domestic dairy products. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Promotions (II); Additional support measures (III); Organization (IV); Administrative measures (V); Legal remedies (VI); Final provisions (VII).
