Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Act of 20 June 2002 on electricity market (Electricity Market Act). In particular, the Ordinance regulates the: a) access to the network; b) invoicing and the supplier change; c) labelling of electricity and evidence of production; d) ensuring the security of supply. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Access to network (II); Invoicing and supplier change (III); Marking of electricity, evidence of production (IV); Ensuring supply (V); Final provisions (VI).
