Abstract
This Act regulates the implementation of the official appraisal of real estate properties in the Principality of Liechtenstein. The properties that are subject to appraisal under this Act include: a) Real estate properties as defined in Article 34 of property law; b) Buildings that require insurance according to the Building Insurance Act. The Act further cover valuation of the agricultural and non-agricultural lands. The valuation is processed by considering the Replacement value; b) Diminished value; c) Current value; d) Land value; e) Actual value; f) Earnings value; g) Market value; and h) Any comparative values.The text provides for the valuation processing; appraisal bodies; legal remedies; offences; fees and compensation. The text consists of 30 Articles divided into 7 Parts.
