Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Act of 23 May 1996 on the protection of nature and landscape conservation. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the gathering of wild growing mushrooms. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Limitation of gathering (2); Protected mushroom areas (3); Implementation and supervision (4); Penalties (5); Repeal (6); Entry into force (7).
