Abstract
This Act aims, in particular by controlling the placement of nuclear goods, radioactive waste and dual use goods and specific military goods to fulfil the international obligations of the Principality of Liechtenstein. The text consists of 27 articles divided in 8 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Nuclear goods and radioactive waste (II); Dual-use goods and specific military goods (III); Organization and implementation (IV); Legal remedies (V); Cooperation (VI); Penalties (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
