Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Act on protection of nature and landscape conservation of 23 May 1996. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the allocation of subsidies to farmers cultivating poor grassland extensively. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Allocation of subsidies (II); Procedures (III); Transitional provisions (IV); Final provisions (V).
