Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Agricultural Terms and Recognition Ordinance of 20 October 2009. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 38 dealing with penalties and items 1.1, 2.1.1. and 6.2.4. of Annex II. The text consists of 2 articles.
