Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV) Ordinance of 6 July 2004. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 89 listing cases considered violations of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. The text consists of 2 articles.
