Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Fisheries Ordinance of 19 June 2012. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 5 on protected fish and crabs; article 27 dealing with electronic fishing gear and the Annex concerning the name of fish and the degree of hazard.
