Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance of 26 August 1997on packaging and packaging waste. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 3 dealing with definition of terms; article 5 concerning circulation of packaging material; article 9a on penalties. The text consists of 2 articles.
