Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Nature Protection Act in its current version. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the control of pear rust. Whoever detects pear rust, has to undertake steps to remedy it. Any omission of such measures shall be sanctioned by the Environment Office. The text consists of 4 articles.
