Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Water Protection Act of 4 June 1957. Article 1 establishes if no connection to a collective cleaning system is available or shall not be available in the near future, biological clelaning systems shall be used. The text consists of 10 articles divided into4 Parts as follows: Sphere of application and individual cleaning units (I); Operating, maintenance and repair of individual cleaning units (II); Waste water from agricultural enterprises (III); Entry into force (IV).
