Abstract
The ordinance establishes the legal framework for authorizing activities closely linked to agriculture, such as agrotourism, environmental services, and social care, to strengthen the agricultural sector by enabling farms to diversify and generate additional income. These activities require a license from the Office for the Environment and must be carried out by recognized agricultural enterprises where farming remains the primary activity, ensuring that the activities maintain a close connection to the farm, do not permanently damage agricultural land, and are consistent with regional planning. The ordinance details specific requirements for each category, such as using predominantly farm or regional products in agrotourism and limiting the scale and permanence of services. Applications must be submitted using official forms and include detailed information about the planned activities, and the Office for the Environment is responsible for granting, monitoring, and, if necessary, revoking licenses. The text consists of 17 Articles.
