Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Act of 3 July 1933 on the protection of nature (Nature Protection Act). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of mountain flora. In particular, article 1 establishes that the alpine areas indicated in article 2 shall be considered as plant protection areas within the meaning of article 18 of the Nature Protection Act of 3 July 1933. The text consists of 6 articles and 1 Annex.
