Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Act of 3 June 1933 on the protection of nature (Nature Protection Act). In particular, the present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the conservation of native hedgehogs. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Protective nets against birds (1); Exceptions (2); Lateral safety shields (3); Control (4); Penalties (5); Entry into force (6).
