Ordinance relating to the Rhine Act.

The present Ordinance implements the Rhine Act of 24 October 1990. In particular, article 1 of the Ordinance establishes that measures on the construction and maintenance of flood protection facilities are - according to article 3 of the afore-mentioned Act - subject to the supervision of the government. The government shall transfer these tasks to the Civil Protection Office.
