Abstract
This Ordinance provides for requirements for animal movement, its control and documentation in relation to summer grazing of farm animals, the health requirements for summer grazing of animals, training of the persons involved, looking after and monitoring of the number of animals on summer farming and other measures related to animal transport, use of veterinary products and the disposal of carcasses. The Ordinance provides for reporting on the summer animal holding to the competent authority and registration of summer farms. The Office for Food Control and Veterinary Affairs (ALKVW) is in charge of management and implementation of this Ordinance. Violation of the regulations under this Ordinance will be punished in accordance to the penal provisions of relevant laws referred in Article 37. This Ordinance consists of 38 Articles divided into 8 Sections referring to General Provisions (1); Summer Grazing of Farm Animals (2); Additional Rules for Border grazing (3); Bearing of Costs and Fees (4); Organisation and Implementation (5); Legal Remedy (6); Penal Provisions (7); Final Provisions (8). The Ordinance has 7 Appendixes.
