Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management of bathing water quality, in particular to the monitoring and classification of waters. Article 2 establishes that public bathing waters shall not threaten the well-being neither of users nor of personnel by lacking hygienic conditions or use of certain chemicals. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provision s(I); Technical and operational requirements (II); Surveillance (III); Legal rlemedy and penalties (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V). Three Annexes are enclosed.
