Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance regulates requirements of wine growing and measures to improve wine quality and in particular: a) keeping of a viticulture directory; b) harvest control; c) quality requirements; d) classification and labelling of wine. The text consists of 57 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Planting of vine (II); Vintage control (III); Classification of wine (IV); Quality requirements (V); Wine Tasting Commission (VI); Labelling of wine (VII); Implementation (VIII); Fees (IX); Legal remedies (X); Transitional and final provisions (XI). One Annex is enclosed.
