Amendment to the Fertilizer (Import, Manufacture and Formulation) Regulations, No. 1 of 2010.

These Regulations are made to amend the Fertilizer (Import, Manufacture and Formulation) Regulations, No. 1 of 2010 (principal Regulations). In the principal Regulations, Regulation Nos. 3 and 4 relating to fees payable for application and renewal of licence under the Regulation of Fertilizer Act, No. 68 of 1988, are both substituted.
