Abstract
These Regulations are made by the Minister of Health in consultation with the Food Advisory Committee to amend the Food (Control of Import, Labelling and Sale of Genetically Modified Foods) Regulations 2006 (principal Regulations). Regulation 13 of the principal Regulations relating to exemption of genetically modified organisms in food is substituted.
