Abstract
The Ordinance provides for the management and conservation of the botanic gardens listed in Schedule I, appointing both a curator and a watcher to carry out all the activities related to those gardens. The Gardens shall be protected from any damage to trees, flowers, fruits and all relative items within their boundaries, offenders shall be prosecuted.
