Abstract
This Ordinance concerns the control of the production and sale of bread including matters such as marking and weight of bread, use of ingredients, inspection of premises for the production of mills, bakery shop, etc. section 2 prescribes size and weight of bread for sale. Section 6 concerns adulteration of corn or grain used for making bread. (9 sections)
