Abstract
These Regulations establish that from 1 January 2011 no fee for items specified in Column III of the Schedule attached to this regulation (such as: fishing boats mortgage, fishing boat registration, fishing operations, etc.) shall be levied in respect of the performance of any service specified in that Column and accordingly the Regulations specified in Column I of the Schedule to this regulation shall be deemed to be amended in the manner specified in Column II of this regulation.
