Abstract
These Regulations provide restrictions on the location and design of food establishment dealing with the processing, transport, distribution, handling, storage or sale of food.
The Regulations provide for: water supply and storage; requirements for equipment and utensils used in food handling areas; cleaning and disinfection processes; packaging and labelling requirements; conveyances and containers used for transporting foodstuff; meat and fish processing requirements; food display requirements; food establishment owners’ requirements; etc.
