Abstract
These Regulations establish the prohibition of using potassium bromate as food additive in wheat flour. It shall be prohibited to: import, sell, store or use potassium bromate for use in the production of wheat flour; import, transport, store, sell or expose for sale wheat flour to which potassium bromate has been added or used as a flour treatment agent; import, transport, store, manufacture, sell or expose for sale food that constitutes wheat flour as an ingredient to which potassium bromate has been added or used as a flour treatment agent.
