Forest Regulations 1979 (No. 1 of 1979).

The Forest Rules, No. 1 of 1979, published in Gazette Extraordinary, No. 68/14 dated December 26, 1978 are amended as follows: by the repeal of rule 20 thereof and the substitution therefore of the following: “20. The Conservator of Forest may, with the sanction of the Minister, determine the rates specified in the Schedule hereto, to be the fees payable in respect of the collection of forest produce and timber.” and by the addition immediately after rule 23 thereof, of the following Schedule related to fees and other payments applicable for collection or removal of timber and other forest produce.
