Abstract
These Regulations prohibits specified fishing without a permit in those inland waters as may, from time to time, be proclaimed by the Director (reg. 3). The Director may limit the number of permits or cancel permits (regs. 6-9). The Director may by notification in the Official Gazette restrict the use of gear or the taking of any size or variety of fish (reg. 10). (12 regulations and one Schedule)
