Abstract
This Act is enacted to amend the Land Development Ordinance (Chapter 464).
Section 28 is inserted in the Ordinance to make provisions that grant shall not be issue for unsurveyed land. Acccording the new Section 30 The land alienated on any grant shall be described with reference to a plan prepared by or under the authority of the Surveyor-General and kept in his charge. The plan prepared by or under the authority of the Surveyor-General shall be attached to each grant.
Amendments are also made on Section 5, 19, etc.
