Abstract
This Act amends the National Environmental Act, 1980.
Section 23A of the principal Act shall be substituted with a new section which empowers the Minister to determine activities in respect of which a licence is required under this Act. Minor amendments have also been made to section 23B subsection (2) paragraph (c) and to section 23BB subsection (2).
