Notice of the Minister of Water Supply on Water Tariffs.

This Water Tariff Notice is issued in accordance with the Section 84 of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board Law No. 02 of 1974.
Monthly water bill of any premises includes, in addition to the water charges, monthly service charges, other charges and applicable taxes. Water bill generally displays only the total monthly charge and if necessary consumer can request the water bill with separate VAT/SVAT Invoices with prior registration with the National Water Supply and Drainage Board. The General Manager of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board shall have the power to disconnect the service connection of consumers, whose bills are in arrears for a period of more than 30 days.
